Hevad Khan
Khan was born and raised in Poughkeepsie in New York. One of the younger players on the pro circuit, he is just 24. He spent a lot of his junior life playing video games and became a master of the online gaming sensation StarCraft. It wasn’t long, however, before Khan realised that while gaming was lucrative; there was a much better game in town.
Khan is regarded as one of the online legends in regards to poker. He had such a taste for the game of poker; he often played many games all at the same time. This caused many people who played him to complain that it must be a robot rather than a human. Khan employed a friend to record him playing all of his multiple accounts at the same time, a video of him playing 26 games simultaneously was broadcast on youtube. This video was soon everywhere on the Internet in the poker world.
He has cashed out at many major tournaments winning small and large amounts of cash. One of his biggest wins was in the World Series in 2007 where he won a massive amount -totalling $965,243 for finishing in 6th place. Khan has cashes all over the place; Asia Pacific tour, the Caribbean adventure, the Foxwood’s Poker classic and many more besides.
Khan loves poker and loves the thrill that accompanies the game. Khan is already a dominant force in the poker world and he is only set to get bigger and better as time goes on.
